We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy.
We request a deposit of $50 at the time of your booking, online or over the phone, this will be added to your account as a credit for your future appointment.
The deposit will not be refunded if you do not give 48 hours notice.
If you cancel your appointment before the 48 hours the credit will be refunded or if you reschedule before the 48 hours this will stay as a credit towards the future appointment.
